Ingredients
1 pound collared greens
4 medium cloves garlic
2 tbsp Canola oil
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp ground black pepper

Large Bowl
Large Skillet
Measuring Spoons
Mixing Spoons
Sharp Knife
Procedure
- Remove hard stems from greens
- Stack leaves on top of each other, and cut into 1/4 inch wide strips
- Rinse cut greens in bowl of cold water
- Peel and mince garlic
- Heat oil in skillet over high heat, Add greens a few handfuls at a time, stirring in between each addition. Stir until greens are wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium, and add garlic. Cook until greens are soft and excess water is gone, about 5-7 minutes. Turn heat down if garlic starts to brown.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve!
